Das Projekt ist derzeit weder als spanisches Unternehmen noch als selbständige Tätigkeit in Spanien tätig. Für dieses Vorbereitungsprojekt besteht keine spanische Gesellschafts- oder Registereintragung. Eine spanische NIF/CIF für eine aktive Geschäftstätigkeit wird auf dieser Website daher nicht angegeben. Vor Aufnahme einer entgeltlichen Tätigkeit werden die erforderlichen steuerlichen, sozialversicherungsrechtlichen, gewerbe- oder berufsrechtlichen und organisatorischen Schritte vorgenommen, soweit sie im konkreten Fall anwendbar sind.

Die Website beschreibt mögliche zukünftige Bereiche der Immobilienbetreuung in Torrox und Umgebung und sammelt unverbindliche Rückmeldungen von Eigentümern. 2. Situación jurídica
El proyecto no opera actualmente como empresa española ni como actividad por cuenta propia en España. Este proyecto preparatorio no dispone de una sociedad o inscripción registral española. Por ello, en esta web no se indica un NIF/CIF español correspondiente a una actividad empresarial activa. Antes de iniciar cualquier actividad remunerada se realizarán los trámites fiscales, de Seguridad Social, profesionales, administrativos y organizativos que resulten aplicables al caso concreto.
3. Finalidad de la web
La web describe posibles áreas futuras de cuidado de propiedades en Torrox y alrededores y recoge opiniones no vinculantes de propietarios. Un mensaje mediante formulario, correo, teléfono o WhatsApp es exclusivamente una manifestación de interés. No constituye pedido, reserva, aceptación de oferta, compromiso precontractual ni otra obligación contractual.
