2. Zweck und Status des Projekts
Die Website beschreibt mögliche zukünftige Bereiche der Immobilienbetreuung in Torrox und Umgebung und sammelt unverbindliche Rückmeldungen von Eigentümern. Eine Nachricht über Formular, E-Mail, Telefon oder WhatsApp ist nur eine Interessenbekundung und keine Bestellung, Reservierung, Annahme eines Angebots, vorvertragliche Zusage oder sonstige vertragliche Verpflichtung.
Es wird auf dieser Website keine aktive spanische Dienstleistungsgesellschaft, kein Büro und kein bestehendes Team dargestellt. Vor einer späteren entgeltlichen Tätigkeit werden die jeweils erforderlichen steuerlichen, sozialversicherungsrechtlichen, gewerbe- oder berufsrechtlichen und organisatorischen Schritte vorgenommen, soweit sie anwendbar sind.

2. Finalidad y situación del proyecto
La web describe posibles áreas futuras de cuidado de propiedades en Torrox y alrededores y recoge opiniones no vinculantes de propietarios. Un mensaje enviado mediante formulario, correo, teléfono o WhatsApp es únicamente una manifestación de interés y no constituye pedido, reserva, aceptación de oferta, compromiso precontractual ni otra obligación contractual.
Esta web no presenta una empresa española de servicios activa, una oficina ni un equipo existente. Antes de iniciar una futura actividad remunerada se realizarán los trámites fiscales, de Seguridad Social, profesionales, administrativos y organizativos que resulten aplicables.
3. Contenidos previstos
Las áreas, procesos, zonas y ejemplos técnicos descritos son conceptos en estudio. Pueden modificarse, limitarse o no llegar a implantarse. No existe compromiso de disponibilidad, fecha de lanzamiento, precios ni tiempos de respuesta.

Actualmente no se realizan trabajos. En una futura puesta en marcha, las actividades que requieran habilitación, cualificación o registro serían realizadas únicamente por profesionales o empresas debidamente autorizados.
