2. Welche Daten verarbeitet werden
Je nach Kontaktweg können Name, E-Mail-Adresse, freiwillige Telefonnummer, bevorzugte Sprache, Lage und Art der Immobilie, möglicher Zeitrahmen, Interessensbereiche und der Inhalt Ihrer Nachricht verarbeitet werden. Beim technischen Aufruf der Website können außerdem Serverprotokolldaten wie Zeitpunkt, angeforderte Datei, Browser-/Geräteinformationen und eine von IONOS anonymisierte IP-Adresse anfallen.
3. Zwecke und Rechtsgrundlagen
- Marktvalidierung und Antwort: Beantwortung Ihrer Nachricht und zusammenfassende Auswertung des Bedarfs. Rechtsgrundlage ist Ihre Einwilligung nach Art. 6 Abs. 1 Buchst. a DSGVO.
- Einmalige Startinformation: Nur wenn Sie das separate freiwillige Kästchen aktivieren. Rechtsgrundlage ist ebenfalls Ihre Einwilligung. Die Einwilligung kann jederzeit mit Wirkung für die Zukunft widerrufen werden.
- Sicherheit und Betrieb: Technische Protokolle dienen dem sicheren und stabilen Betrieb des Hostings. Grundlage ist das berechtigte Interesse an einem sicheren Webangebot nach Art. 6 Abs. 1 Buchst. f DSGVO, soweit diese Verarbeitung dem Betreiber zuzurechnen ist.
4. Speicherdauer
Marktvalidierungsnachrichten werden grundsätzlich spätestens 12 Monate nach Eingang gelöscht, sofern keine frühere Löschung verlangt wird und keine gesetzliche Pflicht zur längeren Aufbewahrung besteht. Daten für die freiwillige einmalige Startinformation werden bis zur Mitteilung, bis zum Widerruf oder höchstens 24 Monate gespeichert – je nachdem, was zuerst eintritt. IONOS gibt für Hosting-Protokolldaten derzeit eine Speicherdauer von 8 Wochen an.
5. Empfänger und Auftragsverarbeitung
Die Website, das Formular und das Postfach werden über IONOS betrieben. IONOS Cloud S.L.U. beziehungsweise die im IONOS-Vertrag genannte Gesellschaft verarbeitet Hosting- und E-Mail-Daten als technischer Dienstleister. Daten werden nicht verkauft. Eine Weitergabe erfolgt nur, wenn sie technisch notwendig oder gesetzlich vorgeschrieben ist. Für die Auftragsverarbeitung sollte im IONOS-Kundenkonto der von IONOS angebotene Vertrag zur Auftragsverarbeitung abgeschlossen werden.
6. WhatsApp und andere externe Kommunikationswege
Wenn Sie den WhatsApp-Link nutzen, verlassen Sie diese Website. Dann verarbeitet WhatsApp beziehungsweise Meta Daten nach eigenen Bedingungen; dabei können auch Daten außerhalb des Europäischen Wirtschaftsraums verarbeitet werden. Alternativ können Sie das Formular oder die E-Mail-Adresse verwenden.
7. Pflichtangaben und Folgen der Nichtbereitstellung
Die im Formular als erforderlich markierten Angaben werden benötigt, um Ihre Rückmeldung sinnvoll zuzuordnen und zu beantworten. Ohne diese Angaben kann das Formular nicht versendet werden. Die Telefonnummer und die Einwilligung zur Startinformation sind freiwillig.
8. Ihre Rechte
Sie haben – soweit die gesetzlichen Voraussetzungen vorliegen – Rechte auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung, Datenübertragbarkeit und Widerspruch. Eine Einwilligung kann jederzeit für die Zukunft widerrufen werden. Schreiben Sie an info@torroxpropertycare.es. Sie können sich außerdem bei einer Datenschutzaufsichtsbehörde beschweren, insbesondere an Ihrem Aufenthaltsort oder am Ort des mutmaßlichen Verstoßes.
9. Keine automatisierten Entscheidungen
Es findet keine automatisierte Entscheidungsfindung und kein Profiling statt. Die Rückmeldungen werden lediglich manuell und zusammenfassend zur Konzeptentwicklung ausgewertet.
10. Sicherheit und sensible Angaben
Es werden angemessene technische und organisatorische Maßnahmen eingesetzt. Übermitteln Sie über das allgemeine Formular keine Zugangscodes, Schlüsselübergaben, Ausweisdokumente, Bankdaten, Gesundheitsdaten oder sonstige besonders sensible Informationen.

2. Datos que se tratan
Según el canal de contacto, pueden tratarse nombre, correo electrónico, teléfono opcional, idioma preferido, ubicación y tipo de inmueble, posible plazo, áreas de interés y contenido del mensaje. Al acceder técnicamente a la web también pueden generarse registros del servidor, como fecha y hora, archivo solicitado, navegador/dispositivo y una dirección IP anonimizada por IONOS.
3. Finalidades y bases jurídicas
- Validación de mercado y respuesta: responder al mensaje y realizar una evaluación resumida de las necesidades. La base jurídica es su consentimiento conforme al artículo 6.1.a del RGPD.
- Una única comunicación de lanzamiento: solo si activa la casilla voluntaria separada. La base es igualmente su consentimiento, que puede retirar en cualquier momento con efectos futuros.
- Seguridad y funcionamiento: los registros técnicos sirven para mantener el alojamiento seguro y estable. La base es el interés legítimo en disponer de una web segura conforme al artículo 6.1.f del RGPD, en la medida en que el tratamiento sea atribuible al titular.
4. Plazos de conservación
Los mensajes de validación se eliminarán, con carácter general, como máximo 12 meses después de su recepción, salvo solicitud anterior o una obligación legal de conservación. Los datos para la comunicación voluntaria de lanzamiento se conservarán hasta el envío de esa comunicación, la retirada del consentimiento o un máximo de 24 meses, lo que ocurra primero. IONOS indica actualmente un plazo de 8 semanas para los registros de hosting.
5. Destinatarios y encargados
La web, el formulario y el correo se gestionan mediante IONOS. IONOS Cloud S.L.U. o la entidad indicada en el contrato IONOS trata los datos de hosting y correo como proveedor técnico. Los datos no se venden. Solo se comunican cuando sea técnicamente necesario o exista una obligación legal. En el área de cliente IONOS debe formalizarse el contrato de tratamiento de datos ofrecido por el proveedor.
6. WhatsApp y otros canales externos
Al utilizar el enlace de WhatsApp abandona esta web. WhatsApp o Meta tratarán datos conforme a sus propias condiciones y puede existir tratamiento fuera del Espacio Económico Europeo. Como alternativa puede utilizar el formulario o el correo electrónico.
7. Datos obligatorios
Los campos marcados como obligatorios son necesarios para clasificar y responder de forma útil a la opinión recibida. Sin ellos no puede enviarse el formulario. El teléfono y el consentimiento para la información de lanzamiento son voluntarios.
8. Derechos
Cuando se cumplan los requisitos legales, puede ejercer los derechos de acceso, rectificación, supresión, limitación, portabilidad y oposición. También puede retirar el consentimiento para el futuro. Escriba a info@torroxpropertycare.es. Asimismo, puede reclamar ante una autoridad de protección de datos, especialmente la de su residencia o la del lugar de la supuesta infracción.
9. Decisiones automatizadas
No se realizan decisiones automatizadas ni elaboración de perfiles. Las respuestas se revisan manualmente y de forma resumida para desarrollar el concepto.
10. Seguridad y datos sensibles
Se aplican medidas técnicas y organizativas adecuadas. No envíe mediante el formulario general códigos de acceso, datos de entrega de llaves, documentos de identidad, datos bancarios, información sanitaria ni otros datos especialmente sensibles.

2. Data processed
Depending on the contact channel, the data may include name, email address, optional phone number, preferred language, property location and type, possible timeframe, areas of interest and message content. Technical access may also generate server logs such as date and time, requested file, browser/device details and an IP address anonymised by IONOS.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Market validation and reply: answering the message and producing a summarised assessment of needs. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
- One launch notification: only when the separate voluntary checkbox is selected. The legal basis is also consent, which may be withdrawn at any time for the future.
- Security and operation: technical logs support safe and stable hosting. The basis is the legitimate interest in a secure website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR to the extent that the processing is attributable to the operator.
4. Retention
Market-validation messages are normally deleted no later than 12 months after receipt, unless earlier deletion is requested or a legal retention duty applies. Data for the voluntary launch notification is stored until that notification is sent, consent is withdrawn or for a maximum of 24 months, whichever occurs first. IONOS currently states an 8-week retention period for hosting logs.
5. Recipients and processors
The website, form and mailbox are operated through IONOS. IONOS Cloud S.L.U. or the entity named in the IONOS contract processes hosting and email data as a technical provider. Data is not sold. It is disclosed only where technically necessary or legally required. The data-processing agreement offered by IONOS should be concluded in the IONOS customer account.
6. WhatsApp and other external channels
Using the WhatsApp link takes you away from this website. WhatsApp or Meta then processes data under its own terms, and processing outside the European Economic Area may occur. You may instead use the form or email.
7. Required information
Fields marked as required are needed to classify and answer the feedback meaningfully. The form cannot be submitted without them. The phone number and consent to the launch notification are voluntary.
8. Your rights
Where the legal requirements are met, you have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Consent may be withdrawn for the future. Contact info@torroxpropertycare.es. You may also lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority, particularly at your place of residence or the place of the alleged infringement.
9. Automated decisions
No automated decision-making or profiling takes place. Feedback is reviewed manually and in summary form for concept development.
10. Security and sensitive data
Appropriate technical and organisational measures are used. Do not send access codes, key-handover details, identity documents, bank details, health information or other particularly sensitive information through the general form.
